An elbow injury that Ive been carrying from September wont go away. The doctor says rest but that it could take up to 6 months to heal properly <shock>
I had been trying to put on weight over Christmas which had been going well but since the turn of the new year I have only done a few cardio workouts.
Should I just get back on the weights but take it easier or stick to cardio for a while and see how its going? Nutrition-wise Im eating at maintenence now and that will likely continue as I dont want to start droppping weight again...
What To Do...

I'd completely leave it then.
You're only prolonging your return to your normal schedule.

Ha, its merely frustration at not being able to work out.
Funnily enough it is only the baby that this happens with, lifting the 4 year old is generally fine.
I will take a look at that video Hippo when I can. I did look into Dr Sarno a bit, which of his 3 books would be most useful for my situation?

When I read the descriptions it was the most recent one released that seemed it might be useful.
