Would love a Nigeria win but don't see it happening, they always manage to disappoint

Nigeria is a laughing stock. Discord in the camp, corruption, no bonafide stars and even their hungry up-and-comers are not very good.
comment by The Blue Kenyan (U1641)
Nigeria do have some very good up and coming stars, mentioned their good results for younger sides earlier + Moses.

African football has lost it's soul! I haven't followed it for a while but I think Nigeria will come good, they are at least fielding home talent.

Alway wondered how Nigeria, a country of over 150 million people and fairly passionate about football, can't produce a decent team. They looked the real deal in the 90's but have regressed horribly since. Must be a massive failure of the government.

Mba was better than mikel.
Pitriopa flattered to deceive. Then again, no outstanding player in the tournament overall.

Moses is a de facto Brit but is Nigeria's talisman.
---
Moses got to England when he was 12, so already picked up his slick skills playing on the streets of Nigeria, before he left. Don't kid yourself he learnt that playing in England. Maybe he got better organisation and developed as a player.
English players bar Wilshere, don't have such abilities.

The commentator said john obi mikel at 25 is the of the oldest in the nigerian team.☺ooo really

Victor Moses is 22. Guess if he hadn't come to England at age 12, Nigeria would be faking his age as well.
Dummy.

@Dudu_Orumen: Marawa invented the rumour of Keshi's resignation to spoil Nigeria's victory dance. In envy he twisted the contents of Keshi's interview .

who is this Marawa?
Thank goodness for that!
