If Hamilton is to have any chance of winning the title, our 2009 fluke champion Button, should stop being an utter nuisance and start getting on the podium regularly, but the way he has been going it seems mission impossible for captain slow, yet he remains our only hope of seeing the greatest driver in the history of motorsport ascend his deserved throne and hailed as simply the best.
What also needs to happen is for Twitmarsh to stop his delusional aspirations of seeing Jenson Mutton finish ahead of Hamilton, if this can happen then ninety percent of the task has already been won!
Time to get behind Button

Why you hating on Button? He has done better vrs Lewis than any other team-mate (except Alonso) and I think he has been more competitive than people expected at McLaren. The McLaren is just a much worse car than the Red Bull and Ferrari. Your just sounding like the simple minded Hamilton haters now.

Mate, this is a ridiculous article. You are slowly turning into Jose Lorca.
You are better than this

2009 fluke champion Button

Did you actually watch that season?
Nothing about that season was a fluke.
Unless you've decided to erase it permanently from your memory to escape the image of "the greatest driver in the history of motorsport" being consistently lapped by "captain slow".

He's worse than lorca. At least lorca can see the other side of an argument

I can see the argument here but it is put across the wrong way... It would help hamilton greatly if button was to start putting in respectable times even if it is just in qual as it will mix it up a bit.
But on the other hand button hasnt had the best of luck recently which will hit his confidenc hard, if he puts in a good performance tomorrow then we could be in for a good end to the season..

I think Whitmarsh must be reading these articles because things are starting to look good.
Button obviously wasn't looking as pleased today in the post Quali interview even though he's usually grinning from ear to ear on the few occasions he's finished above Lewis.
Maybe he's already been told that he'll have to play second fiddle.

Why does Button have to play second fiddle?
For that matter, why should Webber or Massa?
They've got just as much of a right to compete for the title. All 3 have shown that they have what it takes to win.
I'll probably get a lot of stick for this but I just don't get the idea of a driver having to sacrifice his own title chances for the sake of his team-mate.
