Roll on the Ashes, Aussies to win
Congrats England

I think most English cricket fans don't really mind too much about limited overs rankings. As long as the games are entertaining and we in a good position to challenge for the world cups then that's enough.
When we became no.1 in tests recently that really did mean something, and it was a shame that we could not hold onto it for longer, but credit to SA, they had a fantastic 2012. England are a brilliant test side at the moment and I am feeling quite confident about both Ashes series (would take a draw down under) as we are approaching the finished article where as Australia are still developing, and have a lot of young players with potential.
Quite frankly it annoys me having 4 or 5 ODIs and a few t20s after every test series. I understand having a few limited overs matches but they all seem to drag on for too long, and this is part of the reason why I don't care much for ODI rankings as there as so many games and the rankings can change so quickly.
