yeah we have noticed this a few times too....think it is a css delivery issue.....is quite annoying when it happens. Try clearing your phones browser history

It's the new layout admin 1 is pushing. He's all for it, but I have my doubts.

To be honest it sounds like your page hasn't fully loaded. Are you using Wi-Fi or your service provider? If it's your service provider try signing in on Wi-Fi see if it still happens.

Have you tried turning it on and off?

I've tried all of the above and am currently on WIFI, will delete the cache, history etc again and see what happens - thanks for the replies though

Just re done all of the above again and it's still the same, I'm using a Samsung galaxy s3 and the stock web browser - not complaining it's just a fyi for the Admins
