Wenger did sniff around before the kid went to Juventus but in a season when Arsenal have made the embarassing decision of strengthening united with possibly the best striker in the league just for extra money this could possibly look bad for united anf Fergie.
Its too early to tell as he is not the Jack Wilshere innate type of talent however he does the simple things right and has a very good shooting technique.Those 2 goals at the weekend were just ridiculous.
He will get better at Juve, especially positionally and tactically.
I can only think his attitude did not impress Fergie just like Yaya did not impress Wenger.Funny call as I think he could potentially be better than Cleverely.

I think the kids at united can see that Fergie is not willing to risk titles in favour of giving the kids a good run thats why when it comes to contract re negotiations the players chose to run them down and go elsewhere.
The thing that riles united fans about Giggs and Scholes is not how they perform, they know what to expect, its how they block a potential avenue for united to try out younger players while he looks for a sccesor for Scholes and Fletcher.
Fergie doesnt seem to trust the kids as he used to and soime united fans especially those who watch the reserves feel AF is wrong.
Bottom line is any younger player wanting game time would chose Arsenal ahead of most clubs because of Wengers reputation.thats how he got Ramsey.
sadly AFC is now a stepping stone.
I see the same thing about AVB at Tottenham, you do well in trainning you get rewarded.His line especially the defence surprised a few yesterday but it did not let him down.
Its easy to see why he didnt succeed at chelsea. I will be shocked if CFC offer lampard a contract after that shambles last season.

great post cescy not so much giggsy who can still perform on the wing but scholesy should retire, we have a great talent in nick powell who should be getting football IMO rather than scholes
