Easily, Cesc was utterly awesome and I'm not sure I really appreciated just how much he did carry those teams in his last three years. However, I'm not building a team at his whim and therefore I feel Petit is a much better fit for the system I'd be implementing and was the best midfield partner Vieira ever had and possibly the best central midfield tandem the premier league has ever seen.

Both were integral parts of successful Arsenal teams and both were, at various points, integral members of a French national side that saw off all before them.

Fabregas, as good as he was, was accommodated for from the onset and it wasn't until the team was completely built round he that he really went into overdrive as the team's driving force.

Wilshere shouldn't be in this team, it's too early for him to be considered in an all-time side.

Fack me - Bergkamp is one of the best players ever to lace up boots in the Prem and he misses out - as does Overmars, but Wilshere, who still remains simply a talented kid with potential and who's spent 18 months of his short arsenal career injured - gets in?! Madness. Wilshere & Theo are top players in your current squad, but compared to some of the fabulous players and goliaths you've had under AW, they shouldn't be near an AW all time squad.
