Squad Ratings

Quite a few interesting discussions on individual players over the past few days, the most recent being Arteta.

Just wanted to do this little thing to get everyone's view on the 'rating' of each player in our squad. By this I mean how important and effective that player is to us.

For example, Ronaldo at Real Madrid would obviouly be a 9 or 10 out of 10 : one of, if the not the most important player they have, whereas Marcelo would be something like a 7, decent player but wouldn't be the worse thing to happen if he got suspended or sold etc.

This takes everything pitch-wise into account also, so Diaby is obviously rated less as he is constantly injured, and Giroud is so far inconsistent so is less
