Watching the match on TV I realised City had a great chance last night when an early close up of one of the Villa players showed him swearing at a team mate for misdirecting a pass.
Phil Parkinson is one of the best qualified coaches outside of the Premier League who coherently instructs his players and they are intelligent enough to respond.This season he has moulded a team of winners.
In contrast, Villa appeared to be just a bunch of talented footballers who were all over the place in the last 20 minutes.Their young defenders were more experienced than our back 4.
Having experienced the thick,thin and thinner of supporting City over the past 55 years I am looking forward to being with the fantastic Bantams' supporters at Wembley. I don't care which .....sea we play.

Ridiculously good performance last night. I don't usually like the term "deserved to win" - since it is usually quoted from managers who lose but somehow try to claim the match was a success because they had more possession or chances (Wenger in particular is bad for this).
But I think as much as getting to the final is a great achievement, if I was a Bradford fan I would be most proud of the fact that actually the team deserved to win. Yes Villa had chances, but over the course of the two matches Bradford looked the better side. They were more of a team, they had a definite plan, all the players were up for it, the passing was sharp and the effort was there.
As a neutral it was great to watch and whilst a lot of people always want the underdogs to win in such a tie - last night there was almost an expectation for Bradford to go through! Incredible - I am looking forward to the final!

I think that football won tonight in that its not a forgone conclusion that an higher placed club will win .Over two legs what the team did was an inspiration to all the lower league teams.It made a statement that if you can get a game plan have believe who knows what you can achieve well done Phil and his boys and enjoy Wembley and Vegas you have done Bradford proud!
