Team for oldham game perhaps something like

Jones, Robinson, Skrtel, Carragher, Wisdom, Shelvey, Allen, Lucas, Sterling, Borini, Suso.

Thats what i would have anyway.

I like that team yes i think in the big games for example Arsenal and Man City away coming up that team could do a good job and perhaps grind out a result where it may be a tough game.

Johnson and Enrique both capable of pushing on whilst still having Carra in there for experience and communication

Suso will probably get chucked out onto the wing against oldham

(____) = One of Allen, Henderson and Shelvey. If Allen, move Gerrard to AM and Allen CM... maybe.

Alternatively you could have Suarez AM with whoever on the wings. From Downing to Henderson, etc. etc.

General comment but it's been a while since most fans had such similar best 11's I'd say.

Personally I think Suso needs to play in AM which probably means more substitute appearances at the moment. I'd start Sterling.

Agree with Henderson atm, deserves his place, but I have confidence that the Allen we saw in the first 6 weeks of the season will reappear at some point.

Only thing I would say is that Suarez in the AM role give our team more structure. With the wingers effectively helping the defence out, something that I'm sure Suarez could do, but I'd rather he didn't and kept a central and high-ish position up the field for counter attacks due to his lack of pace. He wouldn't be able to counter effectively from deep.
