Can we recall KDB?

Does anyone know if we can recall Kevin De Bruyne from Bremen this month? Even when Hazard was on the pitch last night we were too narrow, and I honestly think we're missing Moses. With Hazard out for at least 3 games now, KDB could do a job out wide left. Then when Moses and Hazard return he would still get game time in the double pivot role?
