I suggest we rename all of the players Gerald Cid. I believe this will inspire them all to realise how bad life could be and how lucky they are and then they will perform better

a splendid plan royston, sadly though it won't work, I know I tried it at work once when I changed everyone's name to Colin Whippersnape. It caused mass confusion and we already have that in buckets in the team as it is.
