GFH what's going on ?

Bates had them gelded before they took over.

I wrote on another tread that GFH had to be very careful of what they did and said and what they shouldn’t do, because it could turn the fans against them. And now they are doing what they shouldn’t be doing

They have a 100% buyout yet haven't spent anything.

Surely woud have made more sense to buy out Bates for 72% share then spend the money from tge other 28% on the squad.

Also apparently put 2m in before takeover so must have some money!

I don't think they are as skint as most others do. I think they are listening to Ken Bates and he is basically still running the club.

That means bye to all our main players and hello to nobody!

I've said the same thing, you could see sentiment turning against GFH on social media a few weeks ago, fully expect them to get the sharp end of some chanting on Sunday.

At the risk of being consigned to the "drearies" by Eric, is there not something so depressingly familiar about recent events? The old tactic of us being associated with decent players, Blackstock, Gradel and others, only for it not to come to pass for various reasons, except that we won't cough up the dosh!!
Then follow this inactivity up undermining one of your good players and then lo and behold, before you can blink, they are gone . Follow the good players exit by taking some mediocre journeyman or has been on loan!! And some people doubt deja vu. Seems just like last year. Plus ça change, plus c’est la même chose.

Jonty, I find it very strange that they have chosen to walk the path it seems they have.

Norway, they're either completely naive, or in it together with Bates.

Any way you look at it, I'm struggling to see how Leeds come out of it better than before they bought us.

My fear is that we're heading down a Pompey route.

Tate said he wanted to stay but the club did not have the money for it. That statement is even more worrying and only confirm that GFH are skint.
I would not be surprised if they (GFH) came out and said we have to leave ER and TA because we can’t afford to pay the rent. Because our gates has gone down so much we can’t afford it and don’t need such a big stadium and training ground anymore.

Could easily have been an excuse because Tate was poor.
