Id like a manager who the players are s h it scared of, they just might turn up every game then not just when it suits them. win at Everton loose at home to QPR, win at Stoke loose to swansea & draw with southampton, smacks of complacency ,over confidence & lack of work rate to me. No bo loks in that team & no leaders
