This is not a Brendan out article. I love the man and think he is the right man for the job.
However there is no doubt that certain players who are not lifting their weight and yet BR still plays them
eg: Allen, coates, Borini( I know he was injured but before then and after he hasn't done much for the club, people give grief to other players like geovineo and Torres but I think borini is just as bad),
Aside from perhaps allen (probs cus of his age)I think they all need to go as they bring very little to the team further ore I would play sterling as an impact sub opposed to a starter I know boronias still young but I don't see him starting ahead of Sturidge and Suarez. I get very frustrated when watching him
I'm not to fussed about today, Although a win would've been nice I would rather concentrate on our game against arsenal and campaign for 4th.
Comments welcome as always and would love to hear your thoughts on Allen coates and borini
Certain players.....

Allen is ok because of his age but the younger Borini isn't? Do you think before you type?

Allen - Is young, good on the ball, but has been played out of position as cover for Lucas. He has just become a Dad, and as any father will tell you, this isn't always an easy lefe adjustment to make. I'm confident that he will be a good player for us.
Borini - Has disappointed, but he has been injured. He needs time to adapt.
Coates - Looks ungainly to me. I'm not convinced in I'm honest, but again is very young and hasn't really had that many games. From what I've seen though, he may struggle to make it at LFC.

This is the first game Coates has played in quite a while, so BR is hardly over picking him....
I think Allen needs to play less, though I think he will make it eventually. You can see his talent, it's just his form is patchy at the moment.
And Borini? Not sure on him TBH. Though I think it's too early to judge him...

Lol I guess I shouldve checked up on that Fred. Although despite that I would still keep Allen and get rid of borini as he is soo frustrating to watch. He hasn't got blistering pace, no skill and no strength either. Whereas Allen (although I do bash him a bit on here) has potential and I do see some flashes of good play.

Borini has played about 15 games.
Don't be silly.

Borini is a center forward and needs to be played there or be on the bench

Coates made a slow start to the game; he wasn't alone. Borini, tries hard, you know the rest. Allen, good goal, I don't care if it was deflected. In my view, the tactics and original team selection were amiss. Only one person responsible for that. I won't criticise Robinson; he isn't playing enough games and, like Coates, should be loaned out. Will he ever step up to the plate? Too early to say. M team, our team battled to get back in the game. Oldham played their game better than ours. We lost. Get over it. Bring on Arsenal. JimmyTheRed
