I just don't get it. I know we have youngsters and we should expect inconsistent results, but why can't they put a shift in for a full 90 minutes. We'd be comfortably mid table if this would happen.
Why can't our team play for 90mins?

It was funny watching you lump the ball up the pitch at every chance you got in the second half. Well in hindsight. I was having a panic attack.

cause lambert is just not that good... cant get his team right and makes hope for the best type subsititions.. sometimes he starts with a wrong team (like tonight), other times he makes substitutions that makes the team worse (like 2nd half in 2nd leg against bradford)... doesnt help we now have a tighter owner than doug ellis too... we are going down im confident of that and im placing a £100 bet on it to soften the blow

I think there's too much swapping around. Lambert needs to decide his best team and formation, and stick with it. Work on it on the training ground and when the team gets out on the pitch they'll know what they're supposed to be doing.
Trouble at the moment is that the team don't know who's playing where until a couple of hours before the match. You might be able to do that with seasoned professionals who are on top of their game, but we haven't got those. It's the Clough method, it's what MON did, and Lambert's following in the same vein. He's got to change. He needs to decide two days before a match how he's going it.
