About time I set up a thread, rather than being lazy.
But, here we are, up for sale but 3rd in the league after yesterday. I am sure, that the league position would have been accepted by all at the season start.
But the buyers. Some say a guy from Banbury. I hope he is not planning a merger with the pox & playing our games in a field in Kingston Bagpuize!

Seven games, not lost & only 1 goal let in. The DiC, still thinks he can recruit someone before tomorrow. I say, leave it alone. This squad is becoming solid. Good job that we didn't have to sell Flint. McEverly should come back, Macca can fill in anywhere at the back, so the defence looks sound. Ferry is a treasure in midfield & can work with any of them. Only the strikers. But they have improved, & to buy a better one would cost us a lot of money which we don't have. That is something that might be addressed in the summer.
