The Levy Haters

Well, Redknapps at it again.

Now I dont have a problem with 'arry, he was bought in to do a job and he did it.

But the people that slate Levy are probably the same bunch who lick 'arrys rimmm

QPR first signed Remy, surely a deal worth £100k a week to the player minimum.

Now they have activated Samba's release clause, Considering He cost Anzhi near £13m, and they pay him £100k a week, there must be a £13-15m fee involved on top of wages that are sure to be close to that of his Russian deal.

It is also being reported that QPR have asked Rolando to "Name his Salary" in their bid to persuade him to join the PL strugglers.

This is where Levy is IMO so important for us, a club that doesn't have some rich oil arab willing to throw anything at players. Every club Redknapp has been at, where the chairman has just agrees to signing anybody Redknapp wants, the club has been left in financial trouble.

Now if QPR do go down, (I actually think they will stay up) they are going to be left in trouble!

Levy will be working hard to bring someone in with AVB, if we dont sign a striker then so be it, Ade will be back soon and Dempsey managed 17 goals last season. Defoe is also fine.. for now.

Jan is notorious for high prices, so why do we need to panic now, while we sit in a good position. A striker doesnt guarantee top 4 this season, yet for a top "star" the wages could leave us in a situation if we did fail to make it.

I wouldnt want anybody else in charge of this club, and the Redknapp>QPR situation along with our very minor spending sums it up.

"That was my point. Nothing has been confirmed"

That is why I jumped in (so people wouldn't try and slap you down for asking the question) .

As of today, all we know is :

THFC own probably all of the site.
The site has been cleared. The Sainsburys store is being built now.

Harry spent quite a lot in his first January transfer window when he came to us, and that was when we were fairly near the bottom.

So isn't this the same thing that he's doing at QPR right now?

By the way how is Defoe fine 'for now' OP when he has 1 goal in like his last 9 games?

"So isn't this the same thing that he's doing at QPR right now?"

Yep.
Trying to get in players he trusts and thinks will improve the position of his current club.

Though the Bentley gossip calls that into question.

Levy, Levy we know wot your are.........a tight git, wots the problem with the R's spending money, surely it can't be the "green eyed monster" ??

"surely it can't be the "green eyed monster"

If you're taking players who Levy has long wanted off the wage bill, hardly.

If/when QPR become a CL piggie trough rival due to said spending, then fair comment.

Agree RDBD. Can't understand why he'd bring in a player that he never played when he was with us?

Could be nothing in it like the Kranjcar rumour.

Yep, the last thing Arry wants is a bucket of water over him if he gets them out of relegation.
