Dave I think JR is a good player but not at the 2 million tbey are mentioning. Would take him for half that.

all in all though Hooper leaving wouldnt have great impact on us I dont think we need to replace him until the summer.

I think Russell is well scouted, i'd have no problem with him coming in if Hooper goes.

I think Russell would be a step back from Gary Hooper and would rather Tony Watt was given a real run of game if it was out of both players.

I like Russell but I think Sammy & Stokes are better.

I actually think Celtic could surprise people and pay £4-5m for Charlie Austin, I just think with the amount of money that has come into the club in the last 6 months (Ki & Champions Leauge) and the potential £20m-ish that will that could come in for Hooper and Wanyama that they would spend a decent chunk to keep the fans on side and if he's as good as he looks we may even make money on Austin in the future too.
