I wouldnt take this as a gauge for Premier League sides myself, particularly Norwich.

Yon Anzhi mob throw money at folk, and QPR need players in badly.

Anzhi signed Samba for £12m last season so obvously wanted a return for him, and they've got Eto'o the now that mob, and he's reportedly the highest paid footballer in the world right now on £350k a week, so I'm not surprised Samba was on a monster wage anaw for a player of his ability

Samba:

''This [QPR] is a very good club. I will do everything I can to take this club to a new level."

New level = Championship.
