Really think Chelsea need a right winger. Hazard would be perfect for the right wing. He is known for his creativity, speed, and technical ability and he can change the game with a turn of pace or a dribble. He has an eye for goal as well. Hazard is only aged 20. He's a winger/attacking midfielder.
Last 2010-11 season for Lille Eden Hazard scored 7 league goals and also had 10 league assists and 12 goals in all competitions.

Maybe he is signing for both clubs. Given our recent track record I imagine we'll seal the deal for 40-odd million and loan him out to PSG giving them the option to buy in a year for an undisclosed amount that will be much less than what we paid obviously.

On Hazard, he stated not long back that he want's to stay for one more season. Weather this would change if we went for him is a possibility, but he would cost £35+ million.
