What kind of reception will McLeish get ...

on Saturday???

He gave Aluko away for peanut dust to one on his buddies in Scotland.
Deserted us to join the Vile.
Recently tried to poach one of our better players for peanuts.

I say we should behave with dignity and completely ignore him.

The guy has no moral fibre... that's for sure...

Barry Ferguson was one of the best midfielders we have had a blues, the season we finished 9th was probably the best team we have had and the premier league finish and longest unbeaten run prove that.

He is like it or not one of the most successful managers in our history. You can dress up your "opinions" as much as you like but the above is a fact.

If you were on the bbc 606 you will have seen that after we lost away to wigan a few weeks after the cup final win, i said if he stayed in charge we would be relegated and as harsh as it seemed at the time we had to get rid and i was jumped on by other members saying i was stupid etc and then.......we went down.

I dont like mcleish, I'm just not smalled minded i dont care what he done when he left or who he left for, i appreciate what he did when he was manager, he did some great things signed some good players and won a trophy.

Picking out one player he released is a rubbish way to judge a manager, what about the players like lee bowyer and steven carr that he brought in. Whatever you say about Mcleish his team had spirit and all backed him 100, at this moment in time Lee Clark isnt half the manager he is and blues are on course for the lowest finish in well over 10 years

I actually have some sympathy for Lee Clark now but how can you compare him to McLeish?
McLeish was given a war chest of 30 million pounds sterling,Lee Clark has been told his whole team are up for sale, there's no comparison!

Who have been our best players last 2 season Burke, king and Davies all signed by Mcleish for next to nothing.

I don't feel sorry for Clark he still has one of the best teams in the Division on paper and he has a better squad and less difficult circumstances than CH had and is doing much worse.

How are the circumstances much less difficult than Chris Hughton,it's got far worse since then,do you read the newspapers?

posted on 3/2/13

Don't you read newspapers oh dear, newspapers said we were going to go into admin last season all season and we didn't, newspapers said we had signed n'zogbia 50k a week and a 4 year deal, we didn't, newspapers said Roy Keane was going to be our manager this season he isn't......don't believe everything you read.

CH had a squad that sold/released a lot more players, he had to build a new side and fast, he had 0 money to spend, he had a European campaign as well as an owner demanding promotion, he had fears over the clubs future in the press, he had a transfer ban imposed due to the club not releasing it's financial reports increasing speculation that the club was going to plunge into administration.

He finished 4th, playing nice football, had a team that in the majority of games out played the opponents regardless of result, players who ran through brick walls for him, always answered honestly and got a better job in the premier league at the end of it.

Lee Clark had a squad who had already played together and finished as the fourth best team in the championship, a goal keeper who had just been with England at a European championships, had some money and big wages paid out on a the likes of ambrose, lovekrands, Mullins, players he wanted. In a season where the only FACT not what any newspapers say or even Peter pannu says is that the club made a profit of 15m. No transfer bans and backed with players like diop who he never used and Paul Robinson who won't be on pennies half way through a season.

The only players lost were foster who didn't play under hughton, mutch who only played 24 games for the club and can't get in Cardiff 's side, Adam Rooney who he didn't want and sent out on loan and N'daw who LC was offered the chance to sign again but refused in favour of Mullins (great choice)

Chris Hughton left the team in a much better position than he found it in, hence the promotion to a better job, lee Clark is starting to turn a corner I hope with recent results, but with player unrest, mystery fall outs, failure to attend press conferences after most losses this season due to a sore throat, negative boring football, failure to get players motivated for games this shows due to been absolute rubbish in the first half of practically every game this season, and looks likely to finish on the lowest points total and league position in over 10 years as well as destroying our recent impressive fortress home record! He won't leave us in a better way than he found us

Total fantasy though,unfortunately!
We are still heading for administration at a much greater rate of knots than we were last season.
To say otherwise is of course, nonsense! The Chinese are asset-stripping furiously now, putting the whole team up for sale to the highest bidder and you say this is a better situation than last season? How is that?
There's a lot of people who need to wake up and smell the coffee here, the owners have pretty much abandoned any pretense of having the club's best interests at heart and are selling off the family silver,as fast as you can say 'International Bank Transfer To The Cayman Islands please'!
I warned a long time ago that Pannu was not sincere and could not be trusted at his word and I have been proven right. To say we are in a better position this season is just laughable, what colour are the feckin' moons on your planet anyway?

If you can believe Tom Ross, and listened to him on saturday after the game , he said that CH had told, him that he had to leave because he couldnt do the same again ,with that team , funny how JB had his best game for us at home this season, now that hes left us..kro.

Hmmm yeah a fantasy, funny how in a transfer window where everybody could leave only one play did and then we knocked money off a transfer fee to get him back on loan.

Something isn't right at the top but we haven't missed any players wages ever so we are still running and LC started and will finish the season with a stronger squad than the one we had last when you put all the facts together.

BIB I may pay more attention to what you say if it was facts not a journalist trying to fill a few paragraphs.

And have we had a transfer ban this season? Have we had a whole overhaul of the squad, your stupid vendetta against these who run the club has blinded your thinking. Just like when everybody wanted DG DS out....
