Wow,this is as stacked a card as you will ever see.All the fight's in the main card could arguably be main event fights,i personally cannot wait.Here''s my predictions for the main card.
Jose Aldo vs Frankie Edgar-Aldo win via Unanimous decision
This is a tough fight to call,and i would never rule out edgar,but i just feel the speed and laser like accuracy aldo has will give him the win.
Rashad Evans vs Little Nog-Rashad Evans win via Unanimous decision
Rashad is coming off a loss against jones,whilst little nog has been impressive,but i still expect rashad to play this one safe and ust put on a professional performance.
Alistair Overeem vs Antonio Silva-Overeem TKO round 1.
This is going to be the clash of the titans.Both come to finish,silva got destroyed by cain in his last fight,but he can give overeem a good test.But overeem just has the better striking for me,and he will be looking to make a statement after his failed drugs test.
Jon Fitch vs Damian Maia-Fitch win via unanimous decision
This is a very interesting match up,maia looks very good at welterweight,and his submission skills are amazing,fitch for me is one of the best welterweights out there,yes his style isn't the most fan friendly,but he wins.I see fitch just keeping maia down and grinding out the win.
Joseph Benavidez vs Ian McCall-Benavidez win via split decision
This is another very good fight,both have lost to the current champion mighty mouse,but benavidez looked lethal in that fight.Mccall is capable of the win if he turns up,but i think benavidez will prove to skillful.Both fighters know that a win will get them a rematch.

Was a great night of fights apart from Rashad and Nog, that was dull as fack.

Great card, enjoyed all the fights except Rashad v Nog, but more than happy that Nog got the win.
Loved seeing Bigfoot pummel Overeem! Hope that knocks some of the arrogance out of him but I doubt it.
Blistering main event which was so close, if only Edgar had put some damage on the face of Aldo the result could have swayed his way. Still think he took rounds 3, 4 and 5 just for his work-rate alone.

Creepy v Benevidez started the main card off really well...speed & power, both coming forward for 15mins...dont think we've seen any finishes at 125 yet...but id happily watch 15/25mins of flyweights everytime. Benevidez/Mouse & Dodson/McCall
Fitch getting frustrated in the 3rd cos he was being out grappled, out wrestled...basically out-fitched. Still thought Maia was relentless, and Fitch showed how good he is defensively. Maia Vs Hendricks, Fitch Vs Kampmann
Reem was way too over confident...in the build up he talked only about his title shot WHEN he beat Silva. I understand fighters have to be confident, but he was disrespectful imo. Silva didnt look great 1st 2 rnds, but was never in any real trouble, never took any real damage like he did againt Cain, rocked him last few seconds of the 2nd, and carried on where he left off in the 3rd. Great to see a bit of fire inside him after the bell. Silva Vs Dos Santos for me & Overeem Vs Mir/Nelson/Struve
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ Rashad Vs Nog - stand up fight, pretty poor...not sure if Rashad really thought his striking was as good as nog's but surely after 30/40 seconds of the 1st he knew it wasnt? Take him down man! Play to your strengths! Looks half the fighter since he was smashed by Machida. Id like to see him fight Henderson if he loses to Machida...not intrested in Evans/Machida 2. Nog Vs Shogun?
Aldo/Edgar - I personally gave Aldo 1,2,3 Edgar 4, 5 but i thought 3 & 5 could have gone either way...very good close fight. I love watching both fighters...Leg Kick brutallity by Aldo in 1 & 2...then strangley gave them up & let Frankie back in it. Supposedly Pettis wants Aldo @ 145 as he doesnt want to wait for Bendo/Melendez - Aldo/Pettis = WOW..Edgar Vs Korean Zombie or Lamas? Is Zombie still injured?
