Sturridge

Must be buy of the season!

Today as a team performance was the best we've played in many seasons, last time we were parallel was 2008. Last of Rafa's term, won't even mention Roy, and under Kenny we never played this well, absolutely fantastic, and the results will come as the lads will grow in confidence!

Looking at the rest of our fixtures, 4th is possible, not likely but if we keep this momentum everything is possible, of course I think for that we need to beat Chelsea, Spurs and Everton at home, but I say bring it on, we have a good record against lower teams away.

In Bellers' words: Liverpool have arrived.

Amen!

Sturridge is a better buy than Michu?

You lot do get like to get carried away.

Don't want to get too carried away but Sturridge looks a class act, especially today. Thought he was poor at Oldham but then who wasn't , but since he has arrived he has done very well

Michu was a miles better buy for the price and number of goals he has returned.

Sturridge will be a good buy for us though. Him and Suarez seem to be telepathic.

just off the piste relaxing with a pint. Michu is clearly buy of the season, considering his contribution to fee ratio. sturridge would need to finish with 10x his contribution to be considered but in his first 6 games has done well.

There were plenty who chose to pre-judge the Studge.

Michu is clearly a better buy for his price and for Swansea.

Sturridge is having a great impact though and we need to build on this momentum.

West Brom and Swansea at Anfield, neither are easy games, and bad results will have us looking down again.

6 points will have us looking upwards.

You would be blind to not see his quality, would have him over Michu any day. Sure you can talk about RVP, but he was excessively expensive for an aging player. Mark my words, Sturridge will outscore RVP's United goal record!

We were excellent today but I never felt we were going to win the match. As we saw again there is a lack of concentration and application that is holding us back from beating teams who don't make the same mistakes.
