I have an error starting FM13

by I'm back from nowhere near Russia, So celebrate fellow Gooners (U6483)

Admins multi board......I need help.....Its a matter of life and death.......

It will not load my steam.......I get to 100% updating the steam and get an error 'Error: could not open file tir0_s_dll'

can I play without the Steam and if so HOW?????......

Probably something to do with your Anti virus, try adding the steam folder as an exception or disabling it.

Agreed deleting system 32 is probably the best option
