Well done to Stephen Thompson for having the nerve to hang on for what eventually amounts to £2.8M, well done to Goodwillie for earning himself a shot at the EPL, well done to Blackburn for winning the bidding war, and well done Houston for saying he should steer clear of the Old Firm.

Finally, a reason to watch Match of the Day again. I just hope he gets games.
