Utopia C4 Tuesday Evenings
I realise it's not directly LFC related but does anyone watch this?
For those of you who don't know, from Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utopia_(TV_series):
Utopia is a six-part British conspiracy thriller that debuted on Channel 4 on 15 January 2013. The show is written by Dennis Kelly and stars Adeel Akhtar, Paul Higgins, Nathan Stewart-Jarrett, Alexandra Roach and Neil Maskell.
Plot
The story follows a small group of people who find themselves in possession of a manuscript of a cult graphic novel called "The Utopia Experiments", which is rumoured to have predicted the worst disasters of the last century. This leads them to be targeted by a government organisation known only as 'The Network', which they must avoid to survive.
My Comment
I'm finding it gripping. There's no-one you feel like trusting, apart from Wilson Wilson, Ian Johnson and Paul Higgins the civil servant. As for those children coming out with expletives - I wrongly thought there was a law against it.

I found it but it had already started and I am very strange with things like that, I must see it from the start or I won't watch it.
Think I'll check 4od see if it's there, seems interesting.

Utopia reminds me of the time I taught my English teacher a word - dystopia. She'd never heard of it.

I haven't watched this weeks yet but I like it a lot.
Has some great scenes in it, violent in places but intriguing and the acting is top notch.

A world in which English teachers are taught by their students… It actually sounds slightly dystopian.

The first show was about 90mins (actually a whole hour minus adverts) and was pretty good, really well shot, not sure I actually trust any of the characters though, they're all pretty dysfunctional in their own little ways
