A magnificent, magnificent effort from the players.
Someone will end up having a heart attack one day with the way we do things!
And I felt apart from the OG, we actually defended pretty well. We kept Andy Carroll pretty quite. Clark won the MOTM, he made a pretty good interception in the first half and Vlaar was very strong in the air.
Brilliant free-kick from Charles and how about starting this Simon Dawkins? He looked pretty quick, and fitted right in...I feel he'll work well with Benteke up front!- As for Benteke, give him the key to the city.
Benteke may score our goals, but Brad Guzan has been by far our best player this season. The guy is truly remarkable, his two saves at the end!

THANK GOD WE WON!!!!! I'd forgotton what getting 3 points felt like. It's a warm fuzzy feeling on a snowy cold a55 sunday. Westwood was unlucky today but we deserved the win. With Arsenal having to play 2 games before we rock up we'll have a great chance to get something.

I floated home like I was off my box! My word, what an adrenalin high (after a few possible heart attacks). It is a pure exquisite torture supporting our great club at the moment.

A special mention to Guzan too, what a hero! People were caing for him to be dropped after all those goals but the lack of midfield and weird defensive set up were more to blame than him
He commands his box (ooh er) extremely well and pulled off a great save at the end

Guzan is the best keeper we've had since Jimmy RiXXer
Apparently the surname of the best Villa keeper I've ever seen is offensive. So he has to be Jimmy RiXXer or Jimmy Rim mer.

Saturday 16th of March will decide a lot when we play QPR at villa park. And Reading the week before, if we don't beat these two teams then yesterdays win might well have been in vain.

R immer was a great keeper
For some reason innocent words like that get modded

Nobody had a heart attack when McLeish was here. But then, maybe a few committed suicide or at least thought about it.
