What is the term for horse meat ?

If a hen is chicken, pig is pork, cow is beef, sheep is lamb and deer is venison what term should I use when I want to buy horse meat ?
If there is'nt one I think we're gonna need one now that its become one of our favourite meats.
Example : Beef Madras what is that in horse meat terms ?

Exactly. So lets come up with one, my youngest has come up with "Hork"

Hork madras
Hork lasagne

Sounds good to me but I'm looking for more ideas

That way they can just stick an "H" sticker on all the Findus stuff and put it back on the shelves?

Breaking News: The bad news is that there has been contamination in our heef stocks. Apparently there has been up to 80% squirrel meet in our heef. The Romanian crime gangs are apparently suing their suppliers.

Findus have just replied, they like the idea about the 'H' stickers but say it still sounds like beef so they have asked if we can supply them with 'Hoo' stickers ?
So in your absence admin1 I did a dragons den and said "we're in" !
Should I be worried now the squirel's have come on my radar ?
