I have looked at the table and we are FAR from out of the promotion race. It has been a strange season so far, not one of the promotion hopefuls have so far pulled away from the pack.
We do need to start playing the way we should, NOW IS THE TIME TO STAND UP AND BE COUNTED.
Even auto is not out of the question.
COYD
STILL NOT OUT OF IT

2 games? I am not a great lover of Robbo, but to give him two games - Away at Doncaster and Away at Barnsley, isn't really fair as I don't expect MK Dons to win either of them.

Both games are winnable if we play more of an attacking game instead of the defensive game that we are rubbish at. It is obvious to all that the game plan is not working. so why not play 2 up front and chico and Browditch attacking the wing.No more excuses and no more unnecessary back passing when we are controlling the game. RDM please come back!!!!!

I don't think we're out of it either, but we'll know soon. In the League, winning at Doncaster will be a tough ask, but after that we need to win at Carlisle and Portsmouth I think.
Grumpy-man Deano looks a tired player these days. Not sure Gleeson would be better though - he's great of course, but too hot-headed as a Capt.
Robbo should stay to end of the season no matter what - the best manager we've had and he's not given up yet (compare with Ince)
One thing is... if we don't go up what will we do with all those new seats being fitted? Maybe we can all have a few each and have a little lie-down at half time when the frustration gets too much?
(mind you, even if we do go up... er... what will we do with all those new seats being fitted? )

Good comments
Ron - given the points difference I really think we will struggle to make the play-offs - and certainly not the auto's.
Pazman - I agree with some of the sentiment, just not sure of the timing. Deano I think is likely to be his last season as captain. I agree Gleeson should be the one we aim to keep and Chicko to come in at left back.
As to Robbo and 2 games - no chance - he will be here until the end of the season - but I fully expect him to then move on - cant say I would want Hartford to take over - am not sure what he has contributed so far.
We have a team that should be able to do this - but sadly we are not scoring the volume of goals we should.

I believe we have more chance is getting to Wembley than eerrrm getting to Wembley and the next two games will define our season.

The keeper on loan at walsall is doing rather well dont u think. Hes not been given a chance with us even thou Martin is a bit suspect at times. I say bring him back and give him a go.

can he score goals?

With the way the forwards are paying, might as well give him a go anyway

They should be paying, but I meant playing

Last night was a great improvement, we totaly outplayed Doncaster.
But we couldnt score.
When we play like that we are the best team in the division.
Its a great shame we are in the position we are in, it all boils down to a lack of consistancy and a lack of a proven goal scorer, the latter being my gripe for two years now.
We should have spent some money on getting a striker in, because strikers win you games, Jordan Rhodes virtually got Huddersfield promoted single handedly last season.
