looking like expensive mistakes. I think Borini was always a big gamble but expected much more from Allen.
I just hope one of them pulls a Hendo and is actually not too bad next season.
Out of the two that will probably by Allen as I just have not seen anything from Borini.
Well looks like Borini and Allen are

Giroud is a good signing for Arsenal.
What is Borini good at it? I can't see what his attributes are. Apparently he is a very hard worker too, well I didn't see much of that today.

There's still plenty of time for them to improve, and they will. Although I must admit, I'm not too sure about Borini. He doesn't seem to offer anything to the team at the moment.

I thought some of the players attitude was not spot on today. Lazy passing by Johnson, Lucas and Enrique. And when Sterling and Borini came on they where not pressing at all, especially Borini!

Johnson has been good all season that was one of his worst games for us these things happen. As much as we want to believe we are one or two signings away from top 4 magic I really fear there is a deeper lying issue with the team that seems like the impossible to solve... I live in hope though..!!!

I give it a month before you're slāgging off Coutinho too.
I despise some Liverpool fans. Players like Borini who are young and have just made big money moves to a huge club and are under enough pressure without excuses for fans like you lot slating them and giving them no time to adapt.
Why don't we look at the far more abject performances of Suarez and Johnson tonight? Oh wait they are the scapegoats du jour.
Pathetic fans - dont need them.

Perhaps Fred we need to stop buying Borini's and start buying proven players. The club are leaving these players exposed because the transfer policy of buying young. This in turn irritates fans who expect 25 million worth of signings to improve us. Thats where we are at the moment. If a striker comes in for 10 million and misses sitter after sitter then we get beat from teams like West Brom and Villa at home and struggle to even challenge for top 4 a club the size of Liverpool is going to have this situation. These guys know what they are coming into before they join us, lackluster performances and mid table finishes will never be accepted from large sections of our fan base just like the Milans, Juves, Madrids, Man United's, Barcelona's of the world wouldn't accept it either thats the different between singing for a massive football club and playing for Swansea...

yea fred
we seem to be buying up young players.....but that dosent automatically mean they are gonna be class in a few years ....
i was hoping for a manager from spain / italy who would attract some european QUALITY .....
i didnt want us to go after more young british talent that may or may not work out....
i mean , i like buck and his philosophy but this is a monster of a job.....and we are liverpool...we should b e challenging the the top sides ....not getting stuck in mediocrity
