I consider myself very lucky to be going to my fourth consecutive home game on Saturday - particularly special as I live among the Smoggies (Boro fans)! I've enjoyed every minute of my renewed love affair with SP but what is Holloway thinking? The first half against Charlton was dire. When he introduced Jonny Williams and Kevin Phillips in the second half, the game changed and we came off winners.
From what I have read, it was the same at Watford. He put Williams and Phillips on in the second half and we clawed two goals back.
So, the big question...........why not start with that team? OK, so old man Phillips has to come off at half time but by then, hopefully, we are two goals up and cruising. For my money, Williams should be starting every game. I'm certainly not impressed with Butterfield.
I would be embarassed to sit through another first half like the Charlton match, so, here's hoping for Saturday!
Start with a winning team!

Williams didn't start because of fitness but there's talk he might start today. I wonder whether he's better as an impact player coming on against tired legs? Same for Phillips?
I imagine the team will be the same as Watford but Jedi back instead of Marrow.
The trouble with Bolton, Charlton and Watford was the team gave them too much credit in the first half. Rather than going out to win. Hopefully this will change.
How many more games are you down for?

Hopefully, I'm working in Southampton until July MTP, so might be able to watch the Eagles all the way to promotion! Loving being back in the Holmesdale, where I stood on the terraces all those years ago!

Do you have a half season ticket or just when you can?
If you're around for the end of season events they're usually pretty good. On 1st June it's the annual Beer Festival (assuming you like ale). I went to the Q&A and Comedy Night at the marquee events last season and they are worth going if you can. Especially a Q&A with Olly
