6- The years we've finished outside top two.
4- The only team to lose a four goal lead.
7- Worst losing home record out of top seven in Pl.
2005- The year Arsenal last won a trophy.
5- Years Wenger promised to address our defensive weakness
Finally, what happened to Djourou? He was getting better and now he looks like Squillaci and Silvestre wrapped up in one clothe. Now Wenger's answer to our set piece nightmare is to play ZONAL, whatever happened to all the promise to bolster defense? Eboue, Squillaci, Djourou, Denilson, Bendtner, Traore, Almunia, Rosicky, are all disaster waiting to happen.
Frimpong, Jenkinson, Gervinho, i have faith, but slowly losing faith in Arshavin, Chamakh, Diaby, and funnily enough i won't mind we sell Nasrigreedy to the highest bidder, the guy is way overrated, i won't lose sleep there. But Fabregas is a must keep at least one more season. Sorry for the rants, I'm losing confidence of our season and Wenger surely must be shown nearest route to Heathrow next summer if the story remain the same.
It's obvious we're dying for Martin Keown type in that dressing room, what does that Pat Rice still doing coaching at this level, Wenger stop hiding behind Yes Man and sort it or end up being wheelbarrowed from the Emirates by frustrated punters, the booing is already here in pre-season , God forbid when the ball start rolling next month, no where to hide AM AFRAID....
Cause for concerns

Coincidence? I think not.
You need English grit, people just think you're cute.

But they are cute Just get a good commanding cb. A Walter samuel, Lucio, Carvalho type. Mexes was on a free! Wenger should've went for him

I agree with your comments apart from Jenkinson. I know he is young and there is plenty of time/room for improvement but I thought he looked poor today, certainly going forward. Keown seems to rate him judging by his after-game comments. Perhaps it's because he is "English". Although he has played for Finland.

But then equally,
15 or 16 or so - the years we've finished IN the top 4

You need English grit,
-------------------------------
Wilshere, jenkinson, Walcott, Gibbs will be playing for the 1st team next season all English
Frimpong, Lansbury also will feature and even tho he is Welsh theirs Ramsey.
Its a possibe we may even get an English defender as 2 of the 3 we have been linked to are English (Cahill and Jagielka).
Its not English grit we need as the players we have that show passion are TV and RVP and they are not English..........

i agree with mcpuff, boing our players in preseason games is a disgrace
I doubt that liverpool fans boo their teams in pre season and they have had a pretty shabby pre season so far
