No doubt that we are a much more effective offensive unit these days.
We are outplaying most teams we play against, but we for some reason cannot turn these performances into wins.
Personally I love this tiki taka stuff but the problem is, if we are not winning after 60 minutes we just dont look like we will win.
Going forward into next year I think the biggest business this summer will be keeping Suarez and Pepe. The team as it is right now is very good and the last think we want to do is replace players. We need to be building on what we already have;
Gomis from Lyon, available on a free decent with the ball at his feet and an ariel threat.
Fernando Amorebieta also on a free and arguable the best CB in la liga this season.
Iker Muniain - I would see him as being a massive signing for us, and you never no with Bilbao not doing so well, could just see it happening.
Anyways what do you guy think regarding this summer transfer activities?

I don't know what Gerrard said but I do know that Howedes has suspended contract negotiations and only has one year left. Holtby has just let his deal run down and left The same club!

We need a replacement for Carra and any CB that leaves ( Skrtel and or Coates) - so 1 to 2 quality CB's. We need suitable cover for Lucas if he is unavaliable or needs resting. We could do with another RM/RWF and another striker so we have four striker options on the assumption Boroni is back with and well for pre-season. I think we also could do with a LB to ensure Enrique is con]nvered and has to earn his position.
CB's have to be the priority though I think. We will need a top GK if Reina leaves for Barca.

Gomis on a free wouldn't be a bad shout. We need a back up plan. Carroll will never be the answer due to his transfer fee and the expectation that comes with it.
