2013-14 and beyond

With the end of the current season upon us and the race for top 4 spots heating up.
WHO WOULD BE WORST AFFECTED BY NOT FINISHING IN TOP 4
MAN CITY, SPURS, CHELSEA OR ARSENAL???????

Financially City & Chelsea can spend again (although I see City as the least likely to finish 5th
Spurs would continue to challenge to break the Top 4
However, could Arsenal find themselves on a downward curve challenging Liverpool & Everton for the Europa League spots?

I'm affraid to say its Spurs who will be least equipped to cope and will have the more difficult time.

1. Not Spurs just because we are not used to regular CL football.

2. Not Arsenal. I think it's only a matter of time before they finish out of the top 4 anyway. I think that they are almost expecting it.

3. Not Chelsea. The managerial merry-go-round would just continue and the players will still get their huge salaries.

4. So by process of elimination - Man City.

Arsenal have the spending power to get back up there, its whether they use it or not ?

Tottenam need it more than any other, to keep Bale and more money for new stadium

Spurs.

The G00ns might have problems with their 70m "war chest" is fantasy (as their wage bill is a bit nasty) .
