Anyone see him yesterday?
Just looked so out of place in that team.
Just a shame a player of his talent and caliber is being wasted at that horrible club.
Fair enough. Things are dreary at our club at the moment. But I'm certain he'd have stayed had he known things would turn out this way.
Could be karma for paying his way out of the club in a way.
Cesc Is So Wasted At Barca

Thing is when he joined them he disrupted the team play. He's too good to be left out but when he plays he isn't fitting into the team as easy as they'd have thought. Pep wanted to sell him Piqué and a couple others if he wanted to sign on. He clearly knew Cesx was standing in his way and Piqué is shït.

I'm not sure whether Guardiola wanted to sell Cesc, but i know that he was very attack minded player and making too many forwards which is not why the purchased the player.

I miss watching Fabregas in the premier league. He was fantastic at Arsenal. Such a fine player to watch, and very few midfielders of that class in the world let alone the premier league.
One thing I'll say about Fabregas is that his class seems to have opened the eyes of a lot of English fans to how great those sort of playmaking midfielders are (obviously many did already).
Veron came with such a huge reputation, greater than Fabregas had, yet it didn't quite materialise. So to see a player of that ilk have such an effect on a side has been good for the English game, in my opinion.
Many people are talking about wanting another Scholes, a Pirlo, a Xavi et al., rather than a Gerrard or Lampard, and that can only be good for the English attitude towards football, generally speaking.

I don't know where this article has come from, he was crap vs Madrid & Milan but so were all his team mates. He has pretty much cemented his place in the team now and has been one of their best players, definitely better than Xavi this season. I hate to say it because I wanted him to flop terribly and come crawling back but there is no chance of that happening now

I'd have him leading our (Madrid's) midfield in a heartbeat.

I'm no going to even list who I'd have in a heartbeat, it'd show how desperate we are for a midfielder.
Not many top class cm's in the premier league nowadays.

I'd love to have him back. Truly sensational player but he seems to playing on an regular basis for Barca now which would hinder greatly our chances of re-signing him.

19 La Liga starts for Cesc Fabregas this season. Only two sub appearances.
CL? 4 starts and one sub appearance.
Iniesta:
15 La Liga starts. 4 sub appearances.
CL? 4 starts and 1 sub appearance.
Thoughts everyone who thinks Cesc isn't a regular for Barca? I love dealing with facts.
