.... introduced a plain white strip throughout, in the hope of emulating Spanish side Real Madrid.
I am too young to know if this was accepted at the time.
Now Cardiff are going through a similar thing but worse ?
So far changed ground (allbeit across the rd) changed kit (as we did) changed badge (as we have) NOW he may be doing it again by changing their name
Should we as fans put up with this from chairman who destroy a clubs history or are they so narsistic? are only wanting to write their own history?
Humans want to progress to change to do what they think is in best interest BUT for who?
Myself while we do have a short history of dislike from them stemming from when they humiliated us in the FAcup 10 years (don't deny it fellas) I feel for them, football is more than winning?
I believe it is

Its slightly different to what's happening at Cardiff, they are re branding the whole club for the Asian market.
If they changed to white kit, would it be as bad as from blue to red?
We have had a white kit for 50 years, so there would be uproar if it were changed now.

Yes I understand BUT was there uproar when we did change?

No Hoof yes yes we all know why he's so called re branding & any1 with a bit of nouse will know why he bought Cardiff in the 1st place, must be the only capital city in the modern world with out a club in a top division, also a 1 club city too.
So Hoof if he left Cardiff took over at Leeds & changed our kit to red what would you of that?

There wasn't any uproar, Leeds didnt have a passionate fanbase then, it was a struggling club, So it was easy for Don Revie to make radical changes to the club. If someone came in now and tried to change things like the kit, it would be impossible, so both situations are not comparable

I think that there is only so much you can tinker with before it's no longer the club you support, mk dons is a case in point.

But we didn't re brand the whole club for the good of a foreign market, you asked mate.
If it happened at Leeds there would be uproar & i would be part of it.

I feel for them too, most clubs are recognized by their colours/stripes.

Go back to all white for home games
All yellow for away games where all white is a problem.
I have no problem with a new stadium, just call the new road they'd build that leads to it Elland Road.
Simple really.
