Last time I booked tickets I decided to pick them up on the day and after a wild goose-chase which I won't bore you with I ended up being handed my tickets through some railings under the North stand by a crone in an orange jacket. Very professional.

yeah I had that for the Plymouth game last season! We were sent from the ticket office all the way round to the Leppings Lane End, knocked on a door and a man with 6 or 7 envelopes answered, and asked for proof of who we were, pretty ridiculous if you ask me!

It was quite funny, though. Said crone fiddled with some envelopes and asked me my postcode while my dad just stood there saying "It's like doing a drug deal" over and over again.

yeah that's exactly what happened to us, i was in shock at how amateur it all was!
I wonder what Mandaric is doing to improve this...
