I think that most (if not ALL) MK Dons fans agree that the back room staff this year are not up to standard. It is as plain as the nose on your face, last year we had John Gorman and the team played good football and scored goals from all over the place. This year we could not hit a cows backside with a banjo.
We have brought in players that shoulkd have been better than the ones we had, clearly NOT the case.
1) Who do we need to get rid of
2) Who do we need to bring in
I am talking both backroom and playing staff.

Lowe, Smith, Lewington, Otsemobor, Kay (unless he learns the rules of football), McLeod, Wright, Hartford, Robinson not in that particular order

I'm not sure about Harford. I go from periods of thinking he should go to thinking we don't know how good he is and that Robbo rates him, should be good enough. I think the club need to sell him more as a coach or buy out his contract (if he has one).
I did think Ian Wright was a waste of space but our ex-strikers who are scoring for other teams show that he must be doing things right.
Robbo must stay but he needs to be more pragmatic. I understand the way we play is the same through out the club from the junior to senior sides, but it is also getting stale and predictable. We need tweek it a bit and get a target man when the short ball isn't working as well as looking to 4-4-2 on occasions to mix it up.
Smithy should be offered the scouting job and I understand Keith Curle was at Stadium MK and I would be a good addition.
I have said elsewhere the players I would like to see, butto recap: Fabian Brandy, Will Grigg and, Alan Judge. I would also consider Noble and Hayes from Dartford. We need a target man and a big centre half, assuming MacKenzie is going.

"I would be a good addition" - well I'm sure I would but I meant "he would be a good addition".

Furz, I think Robbo should stay ONLY if he can be more pragmatic, the side have played the same way since he took over and too many teams know what to expect. Even if he changed it ever now and again, at least it would keep the opposition guessing - say play the long ball for 20 minutes, then passing until half time, play the wings for 20 minutes of the second half and then back to passing.
He should also pay the strikers on a shots per game basis fir a month ust ot see if it improve the stats

They do try it long ball now and then but with Lowe up on his own he has no chance. McLeod seems to do better by being taller and running into space, but since he doesn't have live from home and travel a couple of hundred miles, he seems to have lost his focus.
Smith could flick the ball on but no one seem to be able to get on the end of them and while Jabo could hold up the ball, he either fell out with the coaching staff or just admitted he didn't fit in (depending on who's telling it).
Chadders also seems to play better in the hole but that just confirms one up front and in the absence of Bamford (who Chadders seem to have an understanding) then Lowe is the likliest of scoring.
The plus point is Chico has started scoring either at right back or left wing, while Bowditch is a threat on the left and Powell has shown glimpes of form. The minus point is that both Lewie and Otsemobor have been have lapses of attention, while neither Potter or Lines look like scoring.
We are missing the big and little guy combination option like Alby and Baldock, but we need replacements to make that work again.

I would also say the mantra of playing in a certain way can confuse strategy with tactics and while I agree with the broad thrust of the club in improving passes and the ability to play in restrictive space they should also be developed to work with different tactics.
Strategy is long term but tactics are short term and to blur the difference can only harm the club and the players.
