Dropped for the remaining 2 tests. No replacement called up yet - if Rahane/Dhawan score well as a replacement, Sehwag is going to find it difficult to get back, especially with Gambhir also dropped at the moment! might be curtains..

tbh to sehwag he got plenty of chances. since the england tour back in 2011, he has been horrible. now india play 4 test series all away. if he cant score at home, doubt whether he will away, and since his major asset is hand eye coordination it will only get worse.

Viru where are India playing next away?
Sehwag technique was good when he young and fit but like Viru said as he's got older it's got worse.

I think India's next tour is SA away. Absolutely no chance he'll score there

they play in SA, then go to NZ and then back to England, and finally to Australia. And in between dont think india have any home test series.

but again i dont see how murali vijay will cope in foreign conditions. The selectors need to select technically correct batsmen, ie the like of rahane tiwari and etc. Murali vijay is more like hughes. He will block block and after 30 deliveries will be out. (mind you im talking about how murali plays outside.
