I believe he Jose is the most accomplished tactician in the world currently.
Whenever you play against a Jose side you know the game isn't over until the last kick. Some of the substitutions he brings on are totally baffling at first but at the end of the game you realize that it was a masterstroke.
How many managers have the balls to get subs at half time despite the scoreline? There have been so many times that his teams trail at half time and he brings on a new player at the start of the 2nd half and that move changes the game.
How can anyone forget that victory over Barcelona in the 2010 CL semi? The second leg defeat at the Camp Nou where his tactics prevented Barca from scoring more than once inspite of Busquets doing his peek-a-boo act.
His teams always have had such a solid defence and whenever his team is chasing he never hesitates to play 3 at the back instead of 4. The formation changes, the subs, the manipulation of the media make him the most unpredictable manager in the world. Whereas most managers including Fergie just put on more strikers when down but Jose rarely has more than 2 strikers on the pitch at one time. Its not the number of strikers but the service you give them.
He will alter his formation from 4-2-3-1 to 3-4-3 to 4-5-1 . You name any he has it.Nobody in the world knows how to shut the shop better than him/
I was amazed when people say he was outwitted by Fergie on Tuesday. His team was behind and we had a man sent off. Within 5 seconds he bought on Modric for a defender and the rest is history. If only Fergie had acted instead of getting emotional and trying to arouse the crowd. PLAYERS WIN YOU GAMES AND NOT THE CROWD.
His head to head against Fergie is just so good. Only 2 defeats in 16 games. He has broke the Barcelona code finally. Won trophies everywhere he has gone. Tactically astute.
I think it is just so obvious to my eyes that he is our next manager. People can crow over Giggs, Neville, Ole but Jose is bang on favourite to be our next boss and rightly so. He has all those characteristics that Fergie has.
The most important thing is he has 2 CL trophies. The biggest thing I will look at a manager is how he has done in Europe. The domestic league and cups are all fine to an extent but the cherry is the Champions League and he is the master of it.
He is the greatest tactician in the game, he manipulates the media like no one else just like Fergie, opposition managers always fear him and his teams have a sound defence and a winning mentality. That's what makes him the most suitable as Fergie's successor.
P.S - If I am not wrong he has never lost a final in his career.

David Moyes showing right now how average he really is. And idiots want him as our next manager.

Agreed. ^
His team doesn't win when it matters.

Laudrup - 6 months 1 trophy
Moyes - 10 years no trophy.
Apparently he works on a shoestring budget.

Couldn't agree more. Everybody knows my thoughts on Moyes by now, and, days like today just ratify everything I've previously said.

moyes is a decent manager but unfortunately they don't have investment in key areas to make them into a very good consistent team.

'idiots want him as our next manager'.
You are such a moron Red Indian. So you think you can compare Laudrup to Moyes?
How bout we see what Laudrup does over the next few seasons. A league cup doesn't mean anything. In that case lets celebrate the achievements of Dalglish last season then. I remember Swansea getting hammered 5-0 at Anfield a couple of weeks back. Does that mean his team are awful then?
As for your suggestion that the 'crowd doesn't win you games' that just shows what a plastic overseas fan you are. You know nothing about the history of United and how the crowd has carried the team through to some of their most important wins ever.

Moyes is decent manager. But that's about it. Everton is his exact level.

I quite like Laudrup, to be fair. He's made Swansea more direct, more effective, whilst maintaining the attractive way they play the game. He also seems to use the Spanish market very effectively and has copied quite admirably with the loss of two of their 'star' players in Allen and Sinclair.
His teams have performed against the bigger sides. They also went to Stamford Bridge and outplayed Chelsea. Winning a trophy is not easy and not to be sniffed at. Swansea have achieved this with a smaller, cheaper squad and managed to do it by playing some great stuff. Like I say, I like him.
Like Moyes, though, Laudrup has also done nothing to suggest he could ever replace the great man. You need to show greatness.

To be honest i'm liking AVB as he's taken a very similar path to Jose but without the antics and negative side that Jose brings.
He's showing at Spurs just what a good manager he is and has them playing some great stuff.
They dismantled Inter Milan this week and have a great chance of going all the way.
I wouldn't make him United manager tomorrow but in 2 or 3 seasons he could well be the guy for the hotseat.
