Tatter, me and my wife and daughters will be in Harlech, stronghold of Welsh nationalism, this weekend and I will go to the same pub I was in when England beat Germany 5-1.

Then when Germany scored first all the taffs were cheering - the following 5 England goals were so,so enjoyable

I'm looking forward to more of the same

Does anything compare to an opportunity to remind the Welsh of their inadequacies? Have a great time winding them up Wolfgang<oK>

Bigdumpers time to state the obvious

We need wins to get out of this hole
Best chance of getting said wins is at home
Generally speaking the more hostile we can make the mol for the away team the slight advantage we get
So for 90 mins lets get behind the lads, no booing or sarcastic chants
We can beat Bristol at home as we did milwall away
Anyone who has not got a season ticket (me included) get a match day ticket and get vocal.
Do your bit and hopefully the players will respond

Dumper I have a dilemma.

Should I do as you say and use my ticket for Saturday, bring my A-game and sing my heart out for the lads or should I stick myself to the sofa for the day and watch three brilliant games of rugby culminating in us lifting the Six Nations trophy and completing the Grand Slam by humiliating the Welsh?

Actually I think you should go. Whatever the outcome it should make a good game. Two nervous teams, should be lots of mistakes and goals. Bristol fans sold out their allocation on Monday so should be a good atmosphere.

Have to recalibrate my copy and pasting technique.

I’m persuaded Tara. Train home straight after the game rather than go for a beer, make sure I hear nothing about the England game until I get home. Watch the recorded England game, followed by the recorded Scotland France game which should just about be done in time for MOTD.
It’s a logistical nightmare but I think I can pull it off

I too had the rugby dilema...The wife is out, I have the sofa to myself and the beer is cheaper.....

In the end I decided to plump for the Wolves....(and Sky + the rugby)
