I know fella, but I'm going to miss the kudos of not being the Champions of Europe any more. It's a shame we went out of the CL so early and weren't able to milk it for longer like everyone else has.

Having said that 69, all the fans giving us stick for going out of the CL in the qualifying stages are now out after one tie and we are still in a European tournament!!

Yeah Brum, but the problem is that others, who enjoyed laughing more than most are still in the same European tournament and until they have been dealt with (hopefully by us!) are still laughing, and saying that we shouldn't even be there. Knocking them out will not only gut them, it will mean that the joke is ultimately on them...........again.

In al seriousness, I do actually believe that you shouldn't be able to drop into one competition after being knocked out of another.

It's not really fair on the clubs that have started in the Europa - however if we beat the Maris Pipers in a final in Amsters I'll make an exception on my view for this year!
