UFC 158 Predictions!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a fairly decent card, but lets be honest the fight that everyone is interested in is GSP vs Nick Diaz and what a fight it promises to be.

Predictions:

Georges Saint Pierre vs Nick Diaz
I honestly see this fight going only one way and that's a GSP decision win.Nick is a terrific fighter and in mma you can never count someone out,but i think GSP will engage nick for a while on the feet and then take him down.Diaz has good BJJ but i can't see GSP leaving himself open to any submissions. The only possible way diaz wins this fight is if he gets a submission.
GSP win via unanimous decision

Carlos Condit vs Johny Hendricks
Condit via Unanimous decision

Jake Ellenberger vs Nate Marquardt
Ellenberger via TKO round 3

Thoughts and predictions?

I think GSP will win but he's not invincible. If Diaz can sneak just one decent punch in, then he might have GSP in trouble. Mind at UFC154, Condit had GSP in all sorts of trouble with a cute wee hook.

diaz is a better boxer than GSP or Condit but GSP will shoot if he's in trouble i think

well i was right about GSP - dude shot and dominated diaz
as for condit hendricks that was agood fight - hendricks has no fear but condit was able to pick out shots and utilize his reach advantage.. but henderson kept taking him down and was able to get over in two rounds. I think Hendricks has the best shot to beat GSP obviously due to his wrestling background and his punching power, but gsp obviously has more experience overall

Really what a load of bs GSP vs Diaz fight was. Just a massive overhyped fight that resulted into GSP rolling around on top of Diaz all fight.

Raised eachothers hand after the fight. Maybe they can have a tea party together now they have their overhyped money.

UFC is really tedious, when wrestlers decide to start humping his opponent on the floor....

You have got to wonder if a judging change needs to be brought in after the Condit Vs Hendricks, yes he took him down but then done nothing with it. Condit done more off his back than what Hendricks done from top position, i have always questioned this rule and even more so after this fight.....................should you really win the fight cos you tripped the guy over more?

Condit, for me won that fight, he got the best of the stand up even though it was pretty close.

It's already been said but for me a take down should be the scoring equivalent of leg kick, and what happens afterwards should be scored on it's own merit.

Hendricks got a lot of takedowns but Condit did more damage from the bottom than Hendricks did from the top.

I do agree that Hendricks has a better chance of beating GSP though.

I do enjoy fights on the ground, e.g Anderson Silva, BJ Pen etc... But wrestlers do really get boring.
