I think we were already losing the midfield battle before Copps was taken off. With the benefit of hindsight (which is even better than stats) I think Flynn would/should have taken Paynter off and brought on Furman to bolster the midfield. If this had worked Copps could later have been moved up front with Brownie. As it turned out when Lundstrum got injured we were desperate and kept an injured player on far too long. I only hope Lundstrum is OK for the next game.

Actually, sound like Lundstram will be available if he's fit in time, although he's not fit for Thursday's international.

Yes, Balbykiwi, we have him on loan now till the end of the season.

So with that hindsight thing again maybe leaving him on until he got just injured enough to miss Thursday, but be fit for Saturday, was a stroke of genius

Pirate, that has to be one of the most evil thoughts I've seen on this site - but I love it!
However I'm not sure our management are that devious. Myself thinks whatever it takes to win this league without going illegal is good.

Hey Mickey, have you bought your Girl scout cookies from those girls in Oregan yet? What a nasty thin g for someone to do.

Nasty, indeed; it seems it was a teenager using her mother's email. However, it was a good teaching moment "When something seems too good to be true, it probably is". Some blame has to be on the adults for not questioning the size of the order.
