UNITED'S 20th TITLE: THE MATHS
You don't need a calculator to work this one out. United need 13 points from nine games to guarantee their 20th title... but they might not need that many:
If United beat Sunderland on March 30 (and Manchester City lose at home to Newcastle on the same day) then win the Manchester derby on 8 April, then they can wrap it up in their next match.
If United lose their FA Cup quarter-final replay with Chelsea, a point against Stoke on Sunday 14 April would do the job and mean that, mathematically, City can no longer catch them.
If they win that replay, they play City at Wembley that day so would have to wait until Wednesday 17 April when a point against West Ham would do the trick.

luckily this year mancini isn't playing mind games and saying it is finished. If he started saying its finished instead of thinking of last year then maybe they would have done better

man utd should focus on breaking the points total like rooney said to focus on winning every game as professionals. Win the title in style.
