Anticlimax to the end of the season?

Anyone else feeling a bit deflated with the season? There is of course the FA cup to go for, but we are out of the CL and the PL looks to be over. If I'm honest, I am a bit disappointed that City haven't put up more of a fight in their title defence. It's been a bit of a boring season in terms of the league.

It's just because the league appears a formality now. The Chanpions league provide the glamour ties and even though the premier league is the main trophy, the CL brings out that glamour and icing on the cake. The FA cup I desperately want us to win it has been too long. I think it's because now the league appears wrapped up we want the double, we seem disappointed with just the prem now, which would have been absurd if we said that at the beginning of the season. An FA cup final will bring the nerves and excitement out as its a one off on the day game

If United do a Devon Loch and lose to Sunderland, Chelsea, City and Arsenal while city win all their games is everyone going to come on here and say what a marvelous exciting season it's turning out to be.

Doesn't bear thinking about. Less interesting the better in the run in for me.

I could not give a toss as long as we win it! Don't care if it's over at Xmas as long as its ours!

I think with a league containing the likes of Chelsea and City and with their spending power, United should be proud that they've wrapped up the title by March. Next year will be tougher, but there's no anti-climax to this season for you guys, and you still have the FA cup to play for.

Of course, things will get interesting when Fergie retires, and i expect you won't win the league as easily as you have done this year. So enjoy it while you can.

I am with ONH here, i want the margin of victory to be as wide as possible. I don't get bored with success.

On the other hand, our style of play has been dour! That is what particularly rankles with me!

its funny how last season was the" greatest ever", not for me it wasn;t!!!!!

Yeh I'd love to win 4 or 5 nil every week but lets not get too greedy eh.

I can only guess those of you that are bored don't have any City mates who hammered your facebook/twitter/phone none stop for months. This season is far from boring

If we can win the league by a huge margin, it really puts those blues back in their place.

Not bored at all. Loving it. Want to get it wrapped up as soon as possible then give the young players a run of 5 games. If it's assured I want Fergie to play this team irrespective of what results they get:

------------------DDG------------------
Rafael--Smalling--Evans--Buttner
-------------Jones--Cleverley--------
-----Welbeck--Powell---Kagawa----
------------------Hernandez-----------

Then bring in the big guns towards the end of the match/the match just before the FA Cup games to make sure they're sharp.

Not at all boring for me

We have a chance of beating a record or two, we have a Derby (possibly 2), a trip to the Emirates and 2 games still left with Chelsea

Tons to look forward too and maybe a chance to see one or two reserve players coming into the side if we do manage to wrap up the title with a few games to go

Heading towards number 20 with a chance of a FA Cup semi v City is anything but dull
