Yet again we sack a manager
Yet again we pay compensation
Yet again we are in a weaker position
Either we have the stupidest exec team in the whole of football, or there is something very sinister going on here. Appleton was doing a poor job, but so was Kean, Black, Berg - are they THAT bad, or is it impossible to work in this regime?
Surely they (venkies) should've learnt by now, but I bet they don't.
It will be Judan Ali and we WILL be a league 1 team. if not this year, nailed on next.

Still a blatant lie.

Batmoanu or whatever you are called, you truely are a gonad.
It would seem this has rubbed off on the VOF person too.

I agree, he is a childish Arsenal fan (tautology?) that does not fully understand the reasons behind Blackburn supporters' frustrations.

Blackburn fans are superb. Considering the size of the town (140,000 souls) we had the highest % attendance in the PL, plus we're one of the top 10 successful teams in English history.
The VDF and Arsenal person are both making silly statements probably because they read the daily mail. If they were able to form their own opinions they would not be so foolish.

Its quite unbelievable (and a little scary) how some people read rubbish in newspapers and believe it as factual and will continue repeating it for years to come (and probably all their life). Sheep lapping up the propaganda.
You choose to ignore all the facts about Mr Kean and focus on the actions of about 500 fans. Of the games Mr Kean won (admittedly better than losing) at least three sets of opposing fans (Barnsley/Leicester/Hull) could not believe they had lost. We could not believe we had won! We would have ended up in the same position as now had Kean stayed.
The real problem, although you will still believe it is the fans, is the Venky's and their total ignorance of all football related matters. To compound their ignorance they install two warring factions, Shebby and the Preston mob, to run the club whilst watching on from afar (assuming they are watching).
The quarter final defeat must have been the final straw - missing out on the publicity of a Wembley publicity appearance. I bet it hurt them nearly as much as it hurt the genuine fans. Actually I doubt they even knew we were 'allegedly' playing.

All accusation, no fact. It's like reading the Daily Mail.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Daily Mail - no.
Sky TV/BBC/ITV - every TV channel showed you lot in your proudest days. Whatever the merits of Kean, or whatever his shortfalls, no human deserved the bile you lot generated. Karma.

I asked this question in the past to some of your fans. Under Kean, how many matches do you think you deserve to win IN the premier league?

Mafiaboy- not sure what you are getting at.
We were very poor under Kean and lucky not to drop in the first season (from a reasonable foundation under Big Sam). The general trend under Kean was downwards.
Whether that was due to his ineptitude or the in fighting at Rovers is a bit of a moot point. As fans we never had huge expectations - honest endeavour with a bit of tactical acumen was all we asked for. What we ended up with was a bit of a freak show with Kean unable to explain what was going on in the background. As such he tended to ramble on about bad luck and taking positives out of games after fans witnessed dire performances. Eventually this was see as a urine extraction and let to resentment.
Maybe some fans (and which club does not have a small minority) might have gone over the top however
the press painted a very distorted picture of what was going on.
Arsenal and Chelsea have had a fair few dissenters this season after dropping to 5th or 6th- maybe a spell in the Championship and a few more might realise how it feels when your club is being dismantled from within. The fans did not sack Big Sam nor any of the others.

Oh forgive me for not understanding why Blackburn fans would boo their team for scoring goals. Moron.

I can understand your feelings. But, the thing is Championship is very competitive. Everyone thinks it's easy to win the Championship, in fact it isn't. You play week in and week out. You need to have big squad. Even your favourite manager Big Sam spent awful lot of money, still, he mange to promote the team through play-offs.
The best thing Venky's should have done is, spend lot of money, assemble a big team and get back in to the premier league. Anyway, they would have got their money back through TV revenue within in a year or not. Unfortunately, they (Venky's) didn't think about this.
I hope safety is not a question as you only 2 wins and draw from 9 games ( i think that's enough). And due to the financial implications coming from next season it will be a long journey for you to get back in to the premier league
