Eh - well yes actually - Green bought the club. Are you suggesting that there should have been no consequences for the club for non-payment of PAYE just because there was a new owner?

Green wasn't in charge when PAYE was withheld.

Therefore he didnt bump anyone.

And there were consequences for the old company...don't know if you noticed but that company is being liquidated.

The fact that green bought the club while the oldco was in admin is perfectly fair. If you don't like it, start a petition and get the law changed....
