That's where we're going wrong. Our pitch is too good, encouraging good, passing football.
We should water it to a soggy morasse and drag the opposition down to our level.

Quite right wolfgang the Baseball Ground at Derby was a disgrace but the home team learned how to play on it and it gave them a massive home advantage so they used to over water the pitch regularly so it was always a mudbath.

Crikey, do you remember when Derby were playing in Europe - Juventus I think - and Cloughie had the pitch, already a mudbath, watered !!!
